Professional Education for Youth And Adults, Public Policy, Rural Education.
Abstract
Professional Education is essential so that it is possible to achieve the personal development of each
person, preparing them for the exercise of citizenship and for work. The economic development of a
region is also at the center of public professional education policies, where there is a symbiosis
between the profile of work demand by the private sector and the offer of courses by educational
institutions. Professional Education for Young and Adults in the countryside becomes a breath of
hope for a population that has been ignored for a long time, which wants to promote a rupture in the
management model that has historically been highly precarious in its Education, with continuous
disinvestments and interruptions in public policies, which must a new technical-pedagogical plan
should be drawn up in which the school is concerned with nurturing political and democratic
participation by its students.
