ANÁLISE DA INFLUÊNCIA DE MUDANÇA DE INJEÇÃO DE PRODUTOS QUÍMICOS NO TRATAMENTO DE ÁGUA PRODUZIDA EM UMA PLATAFORMA (FPSO)
Abstract
During the oil and gas extraction process, in addition to the generation of oil, there is also the presence of produced water, which is a residue present in the production of oil. Produced water is the water present in underground formations that is brought to the surface with oil and gas in the course of the production activities of these fluids. The use of chemicals such as Polyelectrolyte is necessary to assist in the process of separating and discharge of produced water to the sea. However, it is necessary to regulate produced water to avoid the discharge of this contaminated water into the environment without proper treatment, thus making use of CONAMA resolution 393/2007. As it is an industrial process where the chemical product is injected and there is a change of same due to different factors, the most frequent being the change of supplier and that most of the time the products are not compatible, which can lead to contamination of the entire injection system, from the product stock tank, through injection pumps to the chemical injection point.
