um estudo de caso

Abstract

Georeferencing is a tool that has been used for several purposes, one of them is to obtain geographic information in different areas making it important for the planning instrument and management of private or public, urban or rural properties. In this vein, the mapping of rural properties is essential for planning and managing the properties there, accomplished through georeferencing. In this context, the present work aims to investigate the difficulties encountered during the execution of the survey of rural properties by means of georeferencing, carried out in Sítio Escondido, in the municipality of Tarrafas - CE. The data were obtained through on-site survey by the conventional RTK method. As dificuldades encontradas na etapa de execução do georeferenciamento foram: perdas de sinal, devido a mata fechada; bem como problemas associados a morosidade do Cartório, comprometendo o georreferenciamento e gerando sentimento de frustação para o proprietário que precisa da certificação para seus objetivos particulares.
