Abstract

The implementation of ECOREDE in the Judiciary is a policy established by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) based on CNJ Resolution no. 201/2015, scope in art. 3, item XII, as well as in the UN Agenda 2030, in the SDGs - Sustainable Development Goals no. 16 (CNJ, 2019; UN, 2019). In Alagoas the ECOREDE of Justice was established by Technical Cooperation Agreement no. 027/2018 - TJ / AL where the actions prioritized for 2018/2019 are: transversal, sustainable and shared purchasing, integrated vehicle logistics, rationalization and cost reduction, proper waste disposal, training of sustainable management area, dissemination of use of sustainable technologies in construction, maintenance and renovation (TJ / AL, 2019). In turn, the TRT Alagoas Sustainable Logistics Plan has goals set for 2015/2020. This study aimed to verify the sustainable procurement action plan, the TRT Alagoas Sustainable Logistics Plan during 20182019, in addition to ECOREDE. The indexes cataloged through Proad 2784/2019 on the 2015/2018 PLS goals of the TRT of Alagoas were collected, and through data analysis it was possible to detect that all PLS Goals were partially achieved, approximately 49.3%, considering PLS forecasts a 50% reduction, taking into account data from 2015 to 2018 (TRT19, 2019). In addition to these results, the implementation of the ECOREDE of Justice of Alagoas will further reduce expenses, standardize purchasing procedures for consumables and expedients, making the judiciary more efficient, especially because Brazil has 92 courts. These changes in the hiring of goods and / or services will lead to the generation of economic and socio-environmental benefits for the whole of Brazil (CNJ, 2019).
