Análise FOFA: um estudo em uma empresa de poupas de frutas no sertão da Paraíba

Abstract

The present work aimed to analyze the organization and use of management methods of the company Agrofrut, a company specialized in the commercialization of food with predominance of frozen fruits, located in the city of Sousa - PB, emphasizing the applicability of the FOFA matrix - which seeks to optimize the operation of a business by knowing the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats that influence business. The present study aimed to verify the level of knowledge and use of the SWOT / FOFA matrix and other methods of optimizing the management of a company. Therefore, we used a questionnaire that was answered by the business owner and served as a basis for obtaining the results. At the end it was observed that there is no technical-scientific basis in the company analyzed regarding the use of the Swat / FOFA matrix, in addition it was verified the main strengths and weaknesses present in the company under analysis, concluding that the help of qualified professionals can significantly optimize its management, operation and profitability.
