Abstract

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights - UDHR, adopted in 1948 by the General Assembly of the United Nations, is the cornerstone in the search for accessible and equal justice throughout the world. In this way, international legislation has repercussions in different ways, in addition to being affected by the phenomenon of computerization. It is noteworthy that Brazilian legislation also had great influence from international legislation. Based on the aspects in question, the present work seeks to carry out an analysis of the impact of the UDHR in guaranteeing access to justice in the international and national context, as well as an analysis of the influence on Brazilian legislation, in addition to understanding its development along with technological innovation. Thus, a bibliographical and exploratory research was used, when analyzing the current legislation in the national and international sphere, in addition to the specific literature, originating from doctrines, books and scientific articles. From which it was possible to induce the reality in which the UN legislation is inserted, as well as the path traced by it in the sense of guaranteeing accessible justice over time, as well as the process of insertion and innovation with technology and the electronic process. It was also possible to visualize its insertion in the national legal system and its adaptation.
