Parcerias nos estados-membros para o fomento da geração eólica
Abstract
The wind potential available in Brazil's regions could be better exploited as a strategic natural resource for expanding electricity generation. It so happens that these riches are of interest to the Member States that benefit from the existence of these wind sources in their territories. In fact, this study analyzes the legitimacy of these entities in promoting the exploitation of these natural resources in order to achieve sustainable economic and social development. As well as looking at the nuances of the electricity trading market, we set out to defend the contracting by Member States of private initiative through Public-Private Partnerships, including associated management, as a viable instrument for exploiting wind generation in order to foster this development.
