Seguimento de artrites na atenção básica: diagnóstico diferencial e resolutividade

Resumo

Este artigo aborda a artrite, uma condição médica que engloba uma série de doenças inflamatórias que afetam as articulações, resultando em dor, inchaço, rigidez e perda de função articular. O texto explora as diversas formas de artrite, incluindo osteoartrite, artrite reumatoide, artrite psoriática, gota, artrite infecciosa e artrite juvenil idiopática, detalhando suas características clínicas, etiologias e manifestações específicas. Neste sentido, a metodologia adotada envolveu uma revisão da literatura científica, incluindo estudos clínicos, artigos de revisão e diretrizes internacionais, a fim de compilar informações atualizadas e baseadas em evidências. Igualmente, o artigo discute a importância dos exames complementares, como testes de função hepática e renal, perfil lipídico e dosagens hormonais, na avaliação e diagnóstico diferencial das condições de saúde. A utilização de protocolos e algoritmos de diagnóstico é enfatizada como uma abordagem essencial para a diferenciação precisa entre as diversas formas de artrite. O estudo conclui destacando a relevância de uma abordagem multidisciplinar e baseada em evidências para o manejo efetivo das artrites, visando a melhora da qualidade de vida dos pacientes afetados. A compreensão das manifestações clínicas e a aplicação de estratégias diagnósticas avançadas são importantes para a detecção precoce e tratamento adequado dessas condições.
