Uma adaptação de instrumento para avaliação de residentes na terapia intensiva: Relato de Experiência

Background: To learn about the experience of implementing a protocol for evaluating Nursing Residents in an adult intensive care unit, using the Mini-cex Methodology adapted for the intensive care unit. Method: Descriptive study with a qualitative approach, experience report type, according to the stages of adapting the instrument, elaboration of an institutional protocol for training two professionals for feedback and evaluation of educational practice. Results: An instrument adapted for the intensive care unit of the MIni-cex instrument was developed. To enable professionals to provide feedback, training sessions were held with professionals, a video was produced and an educational card was produced. An online instrument was created to evaluate educational practice. Conclusion: The Mini-cex instrument adapted for intensive care is an important recording tool in resident evaluations, contributing to the evaluation of training.
