The technique of guided endodontics was developed for endodontic treatment in cases of partial obliteration of the root canal, whose objective is to facilitate access to the lumen of these canals. The present study aimed to report a clinical case of endodontic treatment in unit 24, in which the imaging exams suggest partial calcification of the root canals. The EndoGuide technique was used with the objective of increasing the predictability of the result, as it helps in the more precise location of the canal light, which is possible thanks to technological advances, tracing the correct path that the drill must follow, and, in this way, favoring the execution of the other steps.
