Importância do setor de recursos humanos para a organização das empresas agroindustriais
Abstract
Human Resources - HR is considered the set of principles, strategies and techniques that aim to contribute to the attraction, maintenance, motivation, training and development of the human assets of any company. The HR sector was created with the objective of acting as an intermediary between the interests of the company and those of the employees, an intention that remains to this day, although with modifications and transformations that occur according to the evolution of the job market. This study is an integrative literature review. Scientific articles published in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and in the Google Scholar database were used, using the descriptors human resources, companies and management, and that were published between the years 2014 and 2024. The results presented above demonstrate the scarcity of studies related to the chosen theme, where only 6 (six) studies were selected, it is also noted that the year 2023 was the one with the most studies published. HR performs effective functions that allow the company to achieve its goals, since depending on how employees are treated, the organization's strengths and weaknesses can be increased or reduced. It is an area that aims to attract, recruit, select, train, develop and motivate employees within the company. With the above, it can be seen that HR is not only responsible for hiring and firing employees; the sector becomes of utmost importance for the company's operation, as well as for maintaining a safe work environment, with a pleasant climate, with employees managed according to the company's goals.
