Abstract

The central theme of this study is the application of immersive technologies, such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), together with artificial intelligence (AI), to promote the inclusion of atypical people in the organizational environment. The aim is to explore how these technologies can be integrated into the human resources area to adapt training, integration processes and work environments to meet the specific needs of employees with different neurological profiles. The method used consists of a literature review of recent studies on the use of VR, AR and AI in organizational contexts, complemented by analyses of practical cases in companies that have implemented these technologies to promote inclusion. The results of the research indicate that the use of immersive technologies and AI can effectively facilitate the inclusion of atypical people, providing adapted training environments and personalized work experiences that respect the particularities of each employee. The practices observed reveal that these technologies not only help with the physical adaptation of workspaces, but also promote a more inclusive and innovative organizational culture. The conclusion is that the adoption of these technologies in human resources can be an effective strategy for transforming people management, creating more accessible and inclusive work environments, as long as it is accompanied by an ethical and human-centered approach.
