This study analyzes the production and implementation of educational podcasts as a strategy to combat health-related fake news, using a field diary as a methodological tool. Based on reflections recorded during the project period, the main technical and creative challenges were identified, as well as the adaptive strategies that contributed to the success of the content. The analysis of quantitative data demonstrated significant growth in performance metrics, such as the number of downloads and social media engagement, highlighting the project's ongoing impact. The study concludes that podcasts, combining rigorous scientific information with an accessible approach, are an effective tool for addressing health misinformation, promoting public understanding of complex topics. Furthermore, the use of the field diary provided valuable insights into the challenges faced and the solutions adopted, offering a solid foundation for future interventions in scientific communication and health education. However, the study also acknowledges its limitations, such as the retrospective reconstruction of observations and reliance on qualitative data, suggesting that future studies integrate longitudinal and comparative approaches.
