Assistência de enfermagem no cuidado às gestantes com complicações da síndrome hipertensiva gestacional: uma revisão bibliográfica
Abstract
Objective: To carry out a literature review aimed at nursing assistance in the care of pregnant women with complications of gestational hypertensive syndrome. Methodology: This is a literature review, where a search was carried out in the VHL databases: BDENF, MEDLINE and LILACS. The search strategy will use the DeCS: Pregnancy-specific hypertensive disease (DHEG); nursing assistance; high-risk pregnancy, combined with the Boolean operator AND. Results: show that nursing care in the care of pregnant women with DHEG, together with the multidisciplinary team, plays a fundamental role in the treatment and better prognosis of patients. It was also possible to conclude that this pathology is associated with several risk factors that can promote complications for the pregnant woman and the fetus/newborn. Conclusion: It is noted that nursing's role in identifying risk factors, preventing injuries and welcoming and supporting pregnant women and their families becomes fundamental for a better prognosis for patients. Furthermore, it should be noted that the systematization of nursing care, diagnoses, goals and interventions operationalize the planning of care for pregnant women and promote comprehensive and humanized care.
