Abstract

The article that is presented aims to promote the discussion of how legal education is today and how new jurists have been trained, exposing the issues of the subject, and suggesting possible solutions that depend on long studies. The timeline of Legal Courses in Brazil is also portrayed, demonstrating and dissecting the three phases of the evolution of national legal education. This research consists of a qualitative study through scientific articles, in databases such as: Scielo and Science Direct, the language was not delimited, but the most relevant articles and articles published between the years 2010 and 2020 were selected. Anyone who is not from the legal area tends to be compelled by the education system itself to be concerned with specific subjects and not to be concerned with multidisciplinary subjects, which are no less important, such as philosophy, sociology, among others, which are the differential for the best professionals.
