CrossFit is a sport that encompasses high-intensity training and has been gaining great popularity around the world. Analyze the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders in CrossFit practitioners through the application of the Sports Readiness Questionnaire with a Focus on Musculoskeletal Injuries (MIR-Q). A quantitative, basic, descriptive and survey research was conducted. The MIR-Q questionnaire, along with other questions for the participant's description, were sent through a form on Google Forms. 51 individuals were selected to participate in the research, being of both sexes, aged between 18 and 50 years. Among them, 64.71% responded positively to at least one question, where the shoulder was the most affected area. The incidence of injuries was higher in female practitioners and in individuals who have been practicing the sport for less than six months, with a weekly training frequency of less than twice and aged less than 30 years. The injuries in CrossFit are mainly related to the fact that the training is high intensity, which may be associated with movements performed at maximum joint range of motion along with high loads, lack of supervision and incorrect execution, in addition to age, frequency and training time being associated with the participant's performance. The results obtained demonstrate that practicing this sport can lead to injuries, especially in women, beginners and athletes who have a low weekly frequency.
