This study aimed to identify nursing care for the prevention of pressure injuries in patients with fractures in the ICU. This is an Integrative Literature Review. Searches were carried out from the electronic databases: MEDLINE, LILACS, IBECS and BDENF, mobilizing 40 studies, totaling a final sample of three analyzed publications. In short, the interventions cited were: Risk assessment using validated scales; skin inspection; use of special pressure management surfaces in pressure injury prevention; reduction in hospital stay; leg protectors and pressure relief pads; barrier creams; seat suitability. It is essential to continue the debate on nursing care for the prevention of pressure injuries in patients with fractures in the ICU, recommending the production of more studies on this topic, with better methodological quality, to establish interventions with greater strength of recommendation.
