A força dos agentes transnacionais e seus efeitos sobre os direitos humanos

Resumen

The globalization of the economy produced effects that the State couldn’t rule, which caused the return of the lex mercatoria, and the appearance of one legal pluralism. In this scenery, it perceives one transformation on the international legal planning, with the deterioration of the State and the appearance of new non-states actors, capable of produce rules with cogent power, the transnational law. With the great evolution of the commercials relations, created um good environment to the actions of the transnational companies, which with the markets internationalization, managed a great economic power. However, notice that the interests of these companies in many cases make opposition with the human rights,  prevailing over them. Through the new lex mercatoria and the imposition to the local law of the States end up violating many human rights. With one conjuncture totally unfavorable, question what possibilities can frame the actions of these agents inside the limits of the human rights.
